2045 National Pipeline

In order to fulfill the needs of creating national multicultural leaders, we need to create a pipeline of people who are participating in national and regional programs in all areas of development. In order to become well rounded and experienced leaders people must participate at a young age in programs that develop soft business skills that all businesses and organization require including: Teamwork, Communication Skills, Problem Solving and Problem Resolution. Additional leadership skills will be developed through activities like Volunteerism, Social Justice & Restoration and Civic Engagement. Ultimately participating in job and career preparation including: Job Shadowing, Internships, Apprenticeships and eventually paid Internships leading to multiple job offers.

Skills such as public speaking, participation in non-profit board management, providing and receiving mentorship and becoming role models will enhance and deepen their leadership acumen.

A comprehensive and integrated leadership development program will prepare our youth and communities to take on the challenges of organizational, corporate and governmental leadership.

Partnerships

In order to make this an effective national program, we will be taking this model and partnering with organizations, schools and agencies that provide these programs and skills on a national and regional level. By partnering with existing organizations we will amplify and help adopt their programs nationally to efficiently leverage their experiences, successes and best practices with everyone. We wish to accelerate the growth of the pipeline by using all best resources and partners available.

Expansion

We are going to scale the rollout of the program by targeting high growth Tech Hub centers nationally that offer STEAM training, opportunities and ecosystem to support R&D and start up opportunities.

They should be involved with community outreach programs to introduce STEAM to underserved Latinx, Black and underserved students. They are initiating a Lego Engineering program for Pre-K-6 Latinx and African American children. They are also doing community fundraisers to purchase and donate tech, robotic and engineering equipment to these communities
